As the lead product and UX/UI designer, I focused on building trust-driven experiences that visualize where every donation goes and how it’s used—down to the last item.

The system guarantees that funds and physical supplies are delivered without loss or mismanagement. Donors can track their contributions in real time through delivery status, confirmation receipts, and feedback loops from recipient organizations and families.

UX design prioritized emotional storytelling, real-world proof, and simplicity—encouraging first-time donors while offering advanced tracking tools for long-term supporters. Data dashboards show cumulative impact, donation history, and child benefit reports in a clear, honest format.
